How Do I Place An Order?
Our products are displayed in our shop that is made easy for you to select and add to cart and proceed for payment in a click.
Payment
We provide a safe and secure payment facility with SSL Secure Shopping seal to protect your privacy and data. We offer flexibility to pay by bank transfer, Paypal, Master or Visa Credit Card and Debit Card.
Shipment Tracking
JNs Choice partnered with NZ Post for fast and secure shipping. All orders shipped will come with a tracking number supplied by our selected courier provider.
Returns Policy
Our products are carefully packed within high standard and inspected before shipment. We encourage that you safely inspect your purchased products upon receipt and notify us immediately for any damage. You need to return the product within 15 business days from the receipt date. Authorised returns must be unused and within its original conditions and packaging.
Please note that in the event that we have to order a replacement from our supplier, it will normally take us longer to send a replacement. We will be in contact for this case and will provide an option for a refund when needed.
Refunds & Exchange
We will not offer a refund or replacement of any online purchase where you have ordered the incorrect product by mistake, have reordered the same product or have changed your mind.
