RETURN POLICY

How to return or exchange items purchased from JN’s Choice Limited, within 5 days from receipt.

  • To initiate your return/exchange process, please contact us via email at jnschoiceltd@gmail.com

  • We only accept returns of products shipped by JN’s Choice Limited, within NZ only. We will require an image and a detailed description of any damaged issues.

  • Once your return item arrives, we will send you an email confirming the return and that your order has been refunded

  • All returns will be processed within 2 business days and the refund will show on your credit card within 1-5 business days after processing.

  • The customer remains responsible for return shipping.

  • No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receipt.

  • No returns are accepted without prior written authorization.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit but we’re willing to assist you in every possible manner in collecting claims.

  • We will not refund or accept returns for incorrect ordering or change of mind.

DAMAGED ITEM  

  • Any damages to the product must be reported within 5 days of receipt

  • As stated above, we only accept returns of products shipped by JN’s Choice Limited,, within NZ only. Please provide an image and a detailed description of any damaged issues.

  • Upon receipt of your returned items, please allow 7-10 business days for evaluation and additional 5 business days for a refund. Merchandise older than 30 days is not eligible for return.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY OR INCORRECT ADDRESS - Refusing a package from JNs Choice Limited or giving us incorrect addresses will incur a return shipping fee.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER - Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.
